Submitting a ticket
Follow the instructions below to submit a new ticket.
- Sign into the CallRail Help Center.
- Click the Submit a Ticket icon.
- Fill out the following fields.
- Click Submit.
Viewing your tickets
Follow the instructions below to view your current or past tickets.
- Sign into the CallRail Help Center.
- Click on the profile icon and choose My activities.
- Here you can see a list of all your requests.
- My requests: this is where you'll see all the requests that you have submitted.
- Requests I'm CC'd on: this is where you'll see all the submitted requests that you've been CC'd on.
- Organization requests: this is where you'll see all the tickets that have been submitted by your organization. - You can filter by status (Open, Awaiting your reply, and Solved), or you can use the search bar if you are looking for a particular ticket.
- You can also view your contributions to the CallRail Community and see a list of any posts or articles you are following by clicking on Contributions or Following.
