How to submit a ticket

Need assistance from our Support team? We'd be happy to assist you! In this article, you'll learn how to submit a ticket to the Support team and view your current or past tickets.

Submitting a ticket

Follow the instructions below to submit a new ticket.

  1. Sign into the CallRail Help Center.
  2. Select the Submit a Ticket icon.

  3. Fill out the following fields.
  4. Select Submit.

Viewing your tickets

Follow the instructions below to view your current or past tickets.

  1. Sign into the CallRail Help Center.
  2. Select the profile icon and choose My activities.

  3. Here, you can see a list of all your requests.

    • My requests: here you can see all the requests that you have submitted.
    • Requests I'm CC'd on: here you can see all the submitted requests that you've been CC'd on.
    • Organization requests: here you can see all the tickets that have been submitted by your organization.
  4. You can filter by status (Open, Awaiting your reply, and Solved), or you can use the search bar if you are looking for a particular ticket.
  5. You can also view your contributions to the CallRail Community and see a list of any posts or articles you are following by using the Contributions or Following buttons.
