Clearing your app cache

On October 7, 2025, CallRail announced the sunset of Lead Center. Beginning January 27, 2026, Lead Center will be phased out and no longer available in your CallRail account. This process will also occur with the Lead Center mobile app. Users who wish to make outbound communication with customers can either:

  1.   Use CallRail's outbound dialer and Messaging feature for communicating with customers
  2. Work with our team to migrate your outbound communication to RingCentral.

You can use this guide to clear the app cache for the Lead Center mobile app or the CallRail mobile app. Clearing your app cache may improve your device performance, free up device storage, and fix odd app behavior.

For iPhone devices

Uninstall and reinstall the app.

For Android devices

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap Apps.
  3. Click on the app whose cache you want to clear.
  4. Click Storage.
  5. Click Clear app and cache data.
  6. Uninstall and reinstall the app.
