Troubleshooting Lead Center mobile app notifications on Samsung devices

There are a few battery optimization settings that can prevent Lead Center push notifications from displaying on Samsung devices. These settings are listed below, along with the fix for each.

Please note: this is Samsung-specific behavior.

Sleeping app functionality

  1. Open Settings app.
  2. Select Device care.
  3. Select Battery.
  4. Select App power management.
  5. Select Sleeping apps.
  6. Long Press on the Lead Center App and select the Delete icon.

Adaptive battery

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Select Device care.
  3. Select Battery.
  4. Select App power management.
  5. Turn off Adaptive battery.

Battery optimization

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. SElect Apps.
  3. Select the three-dot menu button.
  4. Select Special access.
  5. SElect Optimize battery usage.
  6. If the dropdown menu at the top of the screen doesn’t say “All,” select Apps not optimized.
  7. Turn this feature off for Lead Center.
