How do I create a tracking number?

  1. Select Create Number from your account's home page.
  2. Choose whether you want the number to be used on your website or a different marketing source.
  3. Choose the call tracking phone number you'd like to purchase.
  4. Enter the destination number to which calls should be routed. This number can be changed at any time. You can customize call recording options and create a pre-call message.
  5. Activate your number.

If, for any reason, you deactivate a tracking number, it can be reactivated from your company's Numbers tab.
